Was set on the Palisade model and we worked with newer salesman who approached us as we entered the showroom. Though we eventually purchased the Palisade, I felt the transaction could have been easier. Originally, salesman was not aware of model on lot. He told us they didn’t have any with the pig we wanted though one had come in. He had us test drive a lower model that was as filthy as can be. Clearly no one cleaned or even checked this vehicle before letting us drive it. Trash was everywhere including under seats. Crumbs in every seat. Quite embarrassing.
All said and done…happy with car we purchased. Not happy about market price mark up and salesman not looking me in the eye when we worked with him (including handshake). Due to demand, we felt the need to complete purchase of model we eventually wanted. Had to wait until next day to pick up due to just being delivered to dealership, but oh well.... More

My car buying experience was less stressful than I thought. There was smooth transition between the sales personnel, Alex and the account office to give me a smooth experience. I showed up late the day I scheduled to take delivery of the vehicle but Alex showed so much grace and carried out the delivery process as if nothing happened. I strongly recommend Boucher Hyundai if you are looking to change your car and look for Alex!

I highly recommend working with Jessica if you are in need of a new vehicle. I found a truck in the Boucher system I liked and she got it transferred to my local Boucher dealer the next day for me to come check out. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible and will be referring my family and friends to her in the future.

Jessica at Boucher Hyundai was fantastic!! From the first phone call to meeting us for the test drive and then ultimately purchasing our new Palisade….she was helpful, easy going, and a pleasure to work with. She paid attention to every detail and made us feel like her only priority! We would definitely work with her again in the future!
