Absolutely terrible experience with the Boucher Hyundai
Absolutely terrible experience with the Boucher Hyundai Collision Center. Everything that could have went wrong, did. Work wound up costing 25% more than estimate, okay things happen, paid. Get the car home only to find out that a large portion of work needed wasn't included in that cost??? Called and the gentlemen blames me, because the car was covered in dust and salt! Are you serious? Complete lack of accountability, professionalism and customer service. Kept my car for over a week, with no offer of a loaner or any update on when it would be returned. Now they want more money to fix an issue that they missed on the last two estimates???? I love Hyundai vehicles and this is our local dealership but I will not be giving this branch any further business. This needs to be made right.

I was given a quote for the deal to buy a new Hyundai
I was given a quote for the deal to buy a new Hyundai which included my trade in. When I got there they said that they made a mistake and that they couldn't honor the quote. They said "come back Monday" so I did. I took two days and several hours of my time to try to get them to honor their quote. The best I could do was to split the difference between what they quoted and what they said the price should be. The difference was $826. I reluctantly agreed because I really wanted the car. The point is that you can't trust this dealership to stand behind what they say. I certainly will never buy another vehicle from them and I will tell everyone I know about how they treated me!!! I don't know, it might be fun to call the channel 6 scam line....

I was so pleased with my experience buying a car at Hyundai Boucher in Waukesha. Everyone was super nice and helpful! They answered all of my questions/concerns. I got the car I wanted plus more. I was not expecting to drive off with a brand new car, but Dakota made it happen! Everything went smoothly, and done within a reasonable time. I will definitely come back in the future for another car once it’s time, and I would recommend them to anyone!

My previous experience with Boucher Hyundai was with the service department (over about 6 years). I was always satisfied with the services performed, so I thought I would purchase a vehicle here. I was able to road-test the potential purchase for about four hours (after some paperwork), and this time was very helpful in making my decision. The showroom is huge and very comfortable, and the sales personnel are right out on the floor with their potential customers. The actual transaction of purchasing the car was good except that I was purchasing it to be owned by the Trust which my wife and I set up for our estate. Unfortunately, this was not a transaction anyone was familiar with, so I spent an extra two hours at the dealership waiting to finalize the transaction. I was surprised at this, as everyone I spoke to about every other part of the transaction was able to answer any question I had. Everyone was nice enough to stay until I was finished, and I appreciate that: I didn't leave the showroom until after 8:00 PM. I am still happy to recommend Boucher, even with the glitch with my purchase.

The thought of having to undergo the buying process never sat well. Once again time to buy. In so doing contacted several dealerships, heard the same song and dance and a price they must of thought I wanted to but the dealership not just a car. One more shot and I'm done I said. Lucky it was Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha and got in touch with Harman Singh and the rest is history . A few questions answered our questions, and a couple return calls just as he said he would, no waiting, no wondering. Had the vehicle, had the color and best of all had the price.. We are 80 miles away and all done without having to leave our living room. Made one appointment to sign the papers and take the vehicle home. Harman completely changed my attitude of salespeople to all good. This guy earned 5 stars in every category. Best car purchase in 80 years. He made it totally painless.
