My Santa Fe did not come with the all seasons floor mats. It has passed 3 weeks and has not received them yet when it is supposed to be only 1 week. The brand new Santa Fe came with a dent too that I did not notice until next day

My palisade needed a new transmission and is only 5 years old. Everything (except deductible and tax) was covered under warranty. I had the vehicle towed there and was happy with the experience. Then is took 5 weeks for the parts to arrive (understand that's not within the dealers control, still frustrating) but then it took another week for the work to be completed! Alex was professional and courteous throughout. On my way home, the engine overheated 3 times in less than 10 minutes! Had to have it towed back to the dealer again only to find someone neglected to bleed the coolant system properly and left air pockets. Had to go back AGAIN to pick up the next day. All the while I was asking for a courtesy vehicle and one did not become available until 3 business days prior to pick up. I was also only informed about rental reimbursement the week before pick up. Super frustrating process!

Our salesperson followed the procedure set by his sales manager, so we are not upset with him at all. The going back and forth with price and trade was a waste of our time, we told him at one point this is it or we walk out the door. It was aggravating . We told our salesperson before we sat down with the finance person that we did not want any of the extended warranties. We were told at one point that the screen was not covered by the Hyundai warranty. That we could only get it warrantied by an additional policy provided by the dealership for an additional $500 . The next day I called Hyundai customer care and asked about the warranty for the screen and was told it is covered 5 yrs or 60,000 miles, the dealer was not truthful. I will try their service department, if they aren’t truthful and helpful I will take my business to another Hyundai dealership.

Very shiny and clean showroom and service department. I dealt with Alex for 9 weeks as I had a major warranty claim. His communication was regular and thorough. I enjoyed my loaner vehicle and appreciate that it was available for me for most of the time I didn't have my car. I hope I don't have to go through this situation again, but Alex made the situation much easier.

Our experience with Boucher Hyundai of Waukesha, especially Bryan Perez Duran, was one of my more enjoyable car buying experiences. Bryan was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was also patient as we needed a few extra days, after our initial visit and test drive to make our decision. Once we did, we worked through the details of the purchase with very little pressure. All of the options were presented to us and we chose the ones that made the most sense to us. Their facility is relatively new and it's spacious, clean, and well lit. We love the new Tucson Hybrid!
