At the end we did get a good deal on our new Ioniq 9. Unfortunately Himmy didn’t communicate every thing to us as far as EV Plate fees and we had to find out when we sat with Finance at the end. We where never shown how to work any of the features in the car and how to set up Blue link.The car didn’t even have an owners manual so my wife had to go back to the dealership to get one and I told her to have Himmy go over everything in the car which he did. He did apologize a couple of times to wife for the issues.

My salesman was a wonderfully kind young gentleman named Nick Hall. I would highly recommend going through him. He was very patient with all my questions and answered all my questions. When it came time to going over all the cars functions on the day I took it home, he didn't make me feel rushed. There was a manager that I talked with by the name of Himmy Pathek. He was completely opposite. Condescending, rude and made me feel like a jerk when I told him that I knew which type of car I wanted, but I was still looking other places to see if I could get one slightly newer and with less miles. When I had to talk with him again and my husband brought up how Himmy treated me the first time, Himmy had no apologies. I would recommend that dealership and Nick, just not Himmy.

During my recent car shopping experience, I was considering a Hyundai Palisade as well as a few other similar vehicles from other dealerships. Nick Hall was extremely helpful in getting me to know the Hyundai. He then followed through without being pushy. In the end, I decided on a different vehicle, mainly due to better pricing, but that wasn't on Nick, though. If you stop in to the Waukesha location, definitely ask for him.
