Salesperson, Darlene Larsen, was excellent. She listened, did not attempt to direct me one way or another, and offered a fair price.

A somewhat good, somewhat bad, and somewhat disorganized experience. The good is that I have a car that I hope will serve me well for many years. The bad is that I thought my trade-in should have received $500 more than it did. I also don't enjoy being pressured to buy more than I want to. The disorganized was being told that I would receive a call to finalize things in 5-10 minutes and then it was 1 1/2 hours, which ultimately meant I could not pick up my car that day. They should also have reminded me about adding the new car to my insurance. I thought you can't drive a car off a lot without proof of insurance? I happened to think of it 3 days after taking the car home and remedied immediately but am glad I didn't have an accident in the meantime.

Great experience purchasing a new Sonata Hybrid. Our salesperson, Pete, was truly a gem and a joy to work with. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust, show me a person you can trust. Well, if you need a dealer and a sales person you can trust, come on down. We worked with Nick, and for a young guy he is extremely knowledgable. The most important thing is, the car we ended up picking was at another Boucher dealership about a half hour away. We asked if Nick could help us while we were there, and his managers provided him with a loaner car to make the drive, and he spent four hours as our go-between while buying our new vehicle from a different dealership in the auto group instead of being in his own office where he could be making money. Full disclosure: he was getting a split commission on the car we bought, but he had more opportunity to make money in his own desk than using someone else's at another location. The cherry on top is that he called us a couple days later and asked if he could join us when we went to pick up the car. If you want a knowledgable and honest car guy and a dealership that puts the customer first, this is the place, and Nick is your guy!

It was a great experience. People.i worked with were very friendly and professional. The showroom and waiting were excellent and so modern. But like anywhere else it just takes so long to finalize everything. And again, its like that at any dealer or when buying homes
