Only quirk we encountered that was upsetting is...we had everything signed and had already given them out check from the bank and at the very end when the finance manager cane in and checked everything over he said we still owed them like 385.00. I took my car in because I was having suspension issues. I was still within my time frame and mileage for my new car warranty. They found out the issue, replaced the rear struts, and did an oil change on my car all from around 8:30 to 3pm. I had Jeremy as a rep and he was very good with keeping me in the loop. They were very nice and speedy. Very happy with the outcome of my service appointment!

I had routine maintenance and recall work done. Estimated time of completion was three hours. It was done in two. The waiting area has plenty of seating, snacks and beverages. I am a big fan of the popcorn!

I recently had an issue where my engine would not start immediately only after several tries. Boucher Service was friendly, promptly scheduled me to bring in car the next day. They completed the service the same day after discussing the problem with me and the Santa Fe is running beautifully again.
The salesperson (Dominic) was friendly, informative, helpful and awesome to work with. We went from a test drive to closing a deal with ease. Then we moved to Matt to finalize the purchase/financing. He too was great to work with and made it as smooth a process as possible. Would easily return to purchase a vehicle from Bouchard again.

I was greeted by Kerwin as I approached the service desk. He was friendly and professional. My car was immediately taken by a service Tec and within 1/2 hour I was looking at a video of him explaining what he had done and also showing me the condition of other parts of the undercarriage. I got it back in less than an hour with a car wash. Really a good experience.y
Customer service is excellent with amazing follow through and updates. However, getting your Hyundai scheduled is easy. But the wait time to actually get your car serviced sucks!!! It takes multiple weeks out to get your car in and if you have an emergent problem you’re screwed and will still have to wait to get it into service. Requiring you to take your car somewhere else. Not enough dealerships too turn to as they are all booked up.

Boucher Hyundai was the fifth dealership we walked into during our car-hunt journey. When we arrived, we felt cared for and respected. We were greeted immediately and assigned a sales associate, Harman. Harman listened to what we wanted and judiciously offered input. He wasn’t pushy or too sales-y. It took us a week to make a decision, but Boucher was polite and courteous throughout the process. In the end we were very happy with our experience.

I was pleased to find the exact used car I was looking for, a 2021 Ford Transit Connect LXT, LWB and with only 35K miles on it. On top of that the paint finish was black when most of these vehicles come in white. The interior was clean and we took it for a test drive.
