Car was in for factory recall. Since the fix the car has been back in 3 times with in 2 weeks. Got the car back and day later check engine light came on. Driving now with check engine light. No too confident in bringing car back to this repair shop.

Went in for a recall, an upgrade, 4 new tires and wheel alignment. We were checked in by a different associate because Thomas was not in yet. After checking in it took about 1 1/2 hours for Thomas to come talk to us to tell us you could not perform the recall and we have to come back. The appt was for the recall. Very professional dealership

Alex’s communication was poor at best. He was dishonest about the work that was completed - he confirmed twice that the tires were rotated but I have a scratched rim and instantly knew the tire rotation had not been done. I wonder if any of the work was actually done? I don't believe anything he said. Also, the exterior of my car was extremely dirty when I picked it up.

The people were great, especially Tom Kemmer, the salesperson. I give them a 10 out of 10. The process was slow. It took from 4:30 until after 10:00, so I give the total experience a 9.

The communication was absolutely terrible. I was never given a loaner vehicle like I was promised. Nobody would return my calls, and they had my car for 6 1/2 weeks. I am very unhappy with the service! The service manager, Dan as a manager was terrible!! I definitely just felt like a number and I did not feel like an important customer

I have had better service experiences. When I called on 4/12, I got disconnected while holding. I Then called back and left a message to make an appointment. Nobody called me back. I called again on 4/14 and made an appointment. They seemed to have many available appointments. Accurate Diagnosis and very good communication of damages. Took pics and videos to explain. Offered different options

My car was recalled and upon inspection it was determined that a new part was needed which was not stocked. I was told it would take a week to get the new part and I would be contacted. 4 weeks later and I am still waiting to hear! Why have a recall where it is known parts are needed and not stock them?

Only because all they refreshments is absolutely amazing n stocked. But whoever services my vehicle needs to fired. I came in for a wheel alignment and left my steering wheel still at an angle talking about he fix so I had to miss work another day just bring my vehicle back n the was extremely long n I had a appointment

Service here is usually very good. I was a little let down that I had to pay $200 for a brake service on my vehicle that is less than two years old. I was told the manufacturer probably did not use enough grease but it was not covered by warranty and I’d have to pay out of pocket.

I ended up having a bunch of added costs (service plan, auto armor, and screen protection) that were not fully disclosed to me and adding thousands to my total. Some were by him and some were by finance. I got the big one from finance credited back but when trying to work with him and a sales manager they weren't willing to give me money back on something I didn't want.

It was amazing!! Friendly people. Service was fast and good!



Worked with Dominic Rauth to purchase a new vehicle. This was one of the easiest and comfortable car buying experiences I have had. Dominic was an excellent communicator and ensured I had everything I needed when coming to an agreement on purchase. Nico took the time to walk me through all of my options, answered every question with patience, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. I really appreciated how upfront and honest he was—definitely not something you find everywhere. He made what’s usually the most stressful part of buying a car feel easy and even enjoyable.

Finance bad (didn’t have everything together), waited two hours when told everything would be ready by the time we came back, people moody/snappy after 5 pm and made it hard for it to be exciting, had to come back two days later due to finance issues and they were apologetic but is still an inconvenience. People were nice when we first went in and got everything together just were slow about it even though we made intentions clear.
