The dealership has many features that were never thought of back in the old days. This includes the Service Department. When a customer drives into the service welcoming area, the vehicle runs over a special device which checks front end alignment. Fascinating! The used vehicle that was purchased had problems that caused me to make multiple long trips to return multiple times. The issue was fixed so that was good. During this time there were other issues that were not reported that should have been known that were not communicated that should have been.

Absolutely terrible experience with the Boucher Hyundai Collision Center. Everything that could have went wrong, did. Work wound up costing 25% more than estimate, okay things happen, paid.
