The people are knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. They are not pushy but are patient and happy to wait for the customer to make a decision.
The check-in and out process has definitely smoothed out as my number of visits has increased. The waiting area is pleasant with snacks, hot and cold drinks, TV or Wi-Fi options, etc. The service staff is generally friendly and atentative to my requests. Overall my experiences have been positive despite some challenges with the vehicle itself. Those issues are not a result of or failure by the staff.
